CUSTOMER FAQ

Opening Minimums:  Your first order must total or exceed $300.00 USD, seasonal formal dresses may have different minimums please call to discuss.
Reorders: There are no reorder minimums.
Open Stock: We utilize and open stock model, you are not required to purchase any of our goods by a prepack case. This allows you to purchase only what you need when you need it.
Packaging Surcharge There is a $1.50 packaging surcharge if an order has less than 6 items.
Shipping Methods Our default shipping method is via UPS, we also ship USPS and FEDEX. Shipping is charged by weight using standard published rates. We can also ship using your account number. Very large shipments are shipped LTL freight either by UPS or Yellow Freight. Local pickups are allowed at our warehouse with advance notice.
Shipping Times Orders received before 2:00 PM on any business day will ship that same day. Tracking numbers can be obtained the next morning for all but USPS shipments which come with a confirmation number. Projected times can also be obtained at order placement.
FOB and Insurance FOB is our warehouse unless other contractual terms are accepted by us. Though a lost package is very rare we recommend you authorize the purchase of insurance through the shipping vendor. We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages.
Returns We accept returns for defective merchandise within 15 day of receipt with a valid RMA number. Please call our order desk to initiate the process. Items returned and found to be without defect or not included in the RMA may be subject to a 15% restocking charge or refused. For a copy of the complete return policy please contact us.
Ordering After registration orders are accepted 24 hours a day and 7 days a week on our website, just ask for a user name and password. Orders are also accepted via phone at 972.247.1414 or by fax at 972.247.5305. Our products may also be ordered at any one of our showrooms in the United States, please contact us for our show schedules and locations.
Payment We accept all major credit cards. Terms are available for qualifying customers with a credit application form and credit check. Once you have established a relationship with us we can also offer COD terms but CODs are not offer on the first few transactions. Payment is never accepted on the website for security purposes, we will call or utilize the payment method you have on file.
Terms We can offer a maximum of NET 30 terms. If you are interested in this please contact us for a credit application form. A credit check is required through Experian.
Online Sales Online sales are allowed but there are several rules that must be adhered to centered on pricing. Contact us directly to obtain these rules prior to offering our items for sale online.
Catalogs Catalogs are available for all of our formal wear offerings. Catalogs are not currently offered on our accessory lines currently as they would be in excess of 300 pages.
MSRP We do not have a published MSRP on any of our items but will happily give you markup guidance. All current items must be Keystoned, any retired or clearance items may be priced as you see fit.
